All the members of the management team began their career in the military taking with them their life-coping skills, attitude to succeed, wide range of networking capability and understanding of the security landscape. Several members hold professional certifications from ASIS International, as well as the John E Reid & Associate Inc. School Of Investigations.

LT. COL. (RET'D) E C MILLS, OD, BH[M], JP, CPP, BBA (HONS)
Managing Director
Lieutenant Colonel Euken Mills enlisted into the Jamaica Defence Force in March 1978 and retired in May 2012 after 34 years of distinguished service. During his tenure in the force, he held key appointments and responsibilities; his last appointment being Commanding Officer of the Third Battalion Jamaica Regiment.
He was decorated with the Medal of Honour for General Service in Grenada (1985-1986), the Medal of Honour for Meritorious Service in 2006, the Medal of Honour for Efficient Service in 2010, The Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 and the First Bar to the Medal of Honour for Meritorious Service in 2012. He is a Justice of the Peace for the parish of Kingston, a Director of the Lay Magistrate's Association of Jamaica - Kingston Chapter, a board member of the Advisory Council for the degree programme in Security Management at the Caribbean Maritime Institute and a long-standing mentor to third-year students at the University of Technology.
Colonel Mills is currently the founder and Managing Director of Eclectic Security Services Limited
(ESSL). Prior to establishing ESSL in May 2015, he was the director of Loss Prevention at J. Wray & Nephew Limited. Colonel Mills holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International), a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Jamaica and a diploma in Management Studies from the Jamaican Institute of Management. He is an adjunct lecturer at the Caribbean Maritime Institute in Leadership and Disaster Prevention & Mitigation and also an approved firearm trainer with the Firearm Licensing Authority as well as an approved firearm trainer with the Private Security Regulations Authority. He is also a trustee for the Farquharson Institute of Public Affairs and the Jamaica Ex-Soldiers Association - Jamaica Chapter.

RICHARD GAYLE
Intelligence and Investigations Manager
Mr. Gayle enlisted into the Jamaica Defence Force in January 2002 and retired in January 2017 after 15 years of exemplary service to Jamaica. During his tenure in the force, he served in the First Battalion Jamaica Regiment, The Second Battalion Jamaica Regiment, The Air Wing, and Headquarters Jamaica Defence Force Military Intelligence Unit where he exemplified himself as an Intelligence Specialist.
Throughout his over 20 years of national security and industrial security experience, Mr. Gayle completed professional development training courses, including Introduction to Insurance, Legal Principles, Technical Workshop on Criminal Intelligence, Forensic Interviewing Training: Canadian Police College, Access Data Forensics: Access Data, Dulles, Virginia, USA, Tactical Operations: Caribbean Regional Dug Law Enforcement Training Centre, Financial Investigation Course: Caribbean Regional Drug Law Enforcement Training Centre, Conflict Analysis Course: The United States Institute of Peace, Conflict Management and Negotiation: Inter-American Defense College, Justice in matters involving Child Victims: United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Covert Surveillance Operator, United Kingdom Army Team Medics Course, Basic Sharpshooter Course, Criminal Intelligence Analysis Course, Trade Craft Course, Intelligence Junior Leaders’ Course, Military Intelligence and Security Course, Protective Intelligence among others.
Upon his retirement from the JDF, Mr. Gayle was offered the post of Investigator at Eclectic Security Services Limited. He has since progressed through the ranks of Investigations Coordinator and ultimately Intelligence and Investigation Manager. Mr. Gayle is an alumnus of St. Jago High School and has studied Personnel Administration and Human Resource Management at the University of the West Indies and the University College of the Caribbean, respectively. He brings to the team advanced cyber intelligence and Investigative capabilities.

BALDWIN NICHOLSON
Security Operations Coordinator
Mr. Nicholson served the Jamaica Defence Force for fourteen years, leaving at the rank of Staff Sergeant in 1993. He served primarily in the Infantry Battalions and the Training Depot as an Instructor. He has a solid background in Industrial Security with twenty-four years’ experience in diverse organizations. He also boasts a wealth of practical experience in training, man-management & leadership, logistics, emergency management and problem-solving.
Prior to joining Eclectic Security Services Limited in 2015, he was employed to J. Wray & Nephew Limited as a Loss Prevention Specialist with responsibility for a range of security functions. He was also employed to Security Advisory & Management Services Limited between 2006 and 2012, and was assigned to the Petrojam Limited (Refinery) as Deputy Port Facility Security Officer. His experiences in Industrial Security also includes his position at Air Jamaica at the Norman Manley International Airport as Senior Aviation Security Supervisor between 2003 and 2006, and Security Officer between 1994 and 1995. Between October and April 1995, he was the Transport Manager at the Ministry of Education.
He holds certifications in Supervisory Management, CCTV & Digital Video, Port Facility Security Officer, Aviation Security Management, Air Cargo Security and Military Tactics, Weaponry and Leadership.

COURTNEY WALLACE PSP
Key Accounts/Standards Manager
Mr. Courtney Wallace currently holds the position of Key Account/Standards Manager. He is a serving member of the Jamaica National Reserve in the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2, appointed Sergeant Major Instructor. Throughout his thirty-four years of service to the Military, he has been decorated four times earning the Medal of Honour (MOH) for Efficient Service in 1995, 1st & 2nd Bars to the MOH for Efficient Service in 2001 & 2007, and the Queen Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012.
Prior to joining Eclectic Security Services in 2015, he served as Loss Prevention Coordinator for Appleton Estate (2013 -2015), Aviation Security Coordinator for AJAS Limited (2010 - 2013), Security Coordinator for Seawind Key Investment Limited/ Secrets Hotel (2008 - 2010) and Ground Security Coordinator assigned to Air Jamaica – NMIA (2003 -2006).
Mr. Wallace holds the Physical Security Professional (PSP) Certification from ASIS International, a Certificate in Public Speaking from the UWI School of Continuing Studies, a Certificate in National Training Course on the Control of Legal Trade and Prevention of Illicit Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition and Explosives, Certificate in Environmental Stewardship Management, Certificate in Aviation Ground Security, Certificate in Detection of Fraudulent Document and Impostors Identification and Certificate in Supervisory Management.

ROCHELLE MILLS
Legal and Administrative Coordinator
Ms. Mills is a past student of Immaculate Conception High School, Christ the King Sixth Form College and Brunel University. She attained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours from Brunel University and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDip.) from Kaplan Law School (accredited by Nottingham Law School). She was called to the Jamaican Bar in December 2022.

In her capacity as Legal and Administrative Coordinator, Ms. Mills is responsible for providing wide-ranging support to the team as a whole. Her attention to detail, inter-personal and communication skills ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
